About me
My name is Sara Estes and I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I have over 8 years of experience as an RN with 6 years in pediatric emergency medicine. I graduated with my Masters in Nursing in 2022. I have always had a passion for medicine. Working in the ER, I realized just how important preventative medicine and a healthy lifestyle truly enhances one’s well-being, physically, mentally and emotionally.
I wanted to start a business where I could use my skills, knowledge and passion for medicine to help people achieve and maintain optimal health.
